TRAC_LinkThe Educational Institute and FreemanGroup, the leading provider of onsite training and measurement, have partnered to create TRAC (Train, Retain, Assess, and Certify). 

The TRAC program combines knowledge and skills sections into single tasks so that all of the information needed to perform a particular task can be found in one place. It also serves as an outline for trainers and supervisors, providing specific guidance on how to train each task.

The TRAC program offers three line-level training packages for:

  • One Trainer’s Guide with a Job Description and Task Breakdown
  • Five Employee Reference Guides
  • Five line-level certification exam packets
  • One supplemental training DVD

Employees who complete the program are prepared for hospitality skills certification exam. 

Pricing per each TRAC program:
AH&LA Members: $350
Nonmember: $475

If your property needs additional employee reference guides, or additional certification exam packets, these can be purchased individually:

$20.00. AH&LA members $10.00

Certification Exam Packet
$50.00. AH&LA members: $35.00.

TRAC Customizable CD

The TRAC (Train, Retain, Assess, Certify) Customizable CDs include electronic version of TRAC Trainer’s Guides and Employee Reference Guides for customization at your property. The files are provided in Microsoft Word format for easy modification. CDs are available for the following TRAC positions:

  • TRAC Front Desk Representative Customizable Documents
  • TRAC Guestroom Attendant Customizable Documents
  • TRAC Restaurant Server Customizable Documents

Pricing: $250 each CD (AH&LA member and nonmember)

Property MUST purchase a hard copy of the Trainer's Guide and Employee Reference Guide in order to purchase the TRAC CD.
