Dual Diploma Curriculum
New Course Combination Enables Schools to Offer Both EI Diplomas with Fewer Courses
This new course curriculum enables Distance Learning students to earn both the Hospitality Management Diploma and the Food and Beverage Management Diploma with only 16 courses (rather than 24). The following combination of EI courses fulfills the requirements for both diploma programs.
Both the Hospitality Management Diploma and the Food and Beverage Management Diploma will be awarded upon completion of the Dual Diploma Curriculum.
