Lansing, Michigan, August 2011-The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) has published a seventh edition of Hotel and Restaurant Accounting, by Raymond Cote, CPA, CCP. This introductory accounting textbook (formerly titled Basic Hotel and Restaurant Accounting) accentuates the interrelationship between business principles and accounting. It features chapter-by-chapter activities related to the text, including multiple-choice, true/false, definitions, and computations.
