Exam Rush/Overnight Shipments At this time, we can no longer guarantee rush/overnight delivery on exam orders. If you are in immediate need of exams, we encourage you to utilize our online exam delivery platforms. For assistance please contact your account representative.
Fulfillment of course books will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays from our Lansing, MI facility which is also in a “Shelter-In-Place” restriction so please place your order anticipating a longer-than-normal shipping time.
Exam Processing: In response to the Orange County, Florida “shelter in place” requirement, the Orlando office has received an exemption but must work with limited staff in the office to process exams. Please expect some delay in the return of exam results and certification certificates.
Program Extensions: Program extensions will be granted through June 30th.
