ServSafe Workplace provides training to create a positive, safe work environment for everyone. Developed in partnership with the National Restaurant Association, these programs address key workplace issues. Make sure your employees are well-trained in such critical and timely topics as preventing sexual harassment. ​

The first program offered in this series is Sexual Harassment Prevention in the Hospitality Industry, an interactive program designed specifically for employees and managers working in hotels, lodging, and tourism. Developed in compliance with EEOC guidelines, the program takes a frank and modern approach to addressing and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.

The employee edition of Sexual Harassment Prevention in the Hospitality Industry provides employees with facts about what sexual harassment is (and isn’t), how to report it, and why a harassment-free workplace is every employee’s right. Hospitality-industry examples describe a variety of sexual harassment scenarios and the impact they can have on individuals and the work environment.

This online program is available in both English and Spanish versions. ​
