CHIA, the globally recognized professional credential that validates advanced knowledge in hotel industry analytics is no longer distributed by AHLEI.

Beginning January 5, 2024, CHIA is exclusively available via STR's Share Center. You can find more information on which training is right for you here.

If you purchased a CHIA online course or exam from AHLEI, you will be able to access them in your AHLEI account through the original terms of expiration (12 months).

If you take a CHIA exam through your AHLEI account and fail, a retake exam is available at a discounted price. Contact Customer Care to learn more.
